Gordon Fraley, better known as Puff Adder, is a member of the Serpent Society.
Biography[]
On the orders of his master King Cobra, Puff Adder led an attack on downtown Washington, D.C. to distract S.H.I.E.L.D. while Serpent Society troops moved stolen Iso-8 warheads from the R.A.I.D. base there. Maria Hill located Puff Adder and Captain America went to confront him. Falcon, who had previously fought Puff Adder, urged Rogers to be swift and not let Puff Adder get a hold of him. Following this advice, Rogers was able to defeat him. He took him into custody and Black Widow interrogated him and persuaded him to reveal the location of the warheads.[1]
Powers and Abilities[]
Puff Adder has the ability to enlarge, or "puff up," his body to make himself stronger and more massive in build. Both Falcon and Puff Adder himself warned Captain America that if he got a hold of him, he would kill him.
